How long does it take for a free cluster to be ready to accept connections upon being resumed?

Hi there! I hope you managed to recover your cluster by now. It looks like we had some issues blocking crfrees from being resumed in specific regions. Please, if you haven’t recovered it yet, try again and let us know how that is working now for you.
